I have over 30 years experience working in operational roles within the Market Research and Veterinary industries. Much of my work has included recruitment, staff training and development, coaching/mentoring and through this my love of seeing people progress has been at the forefront of my career. I managed to combine my passion for people and love for my home town by volunteering for many years; creating a local job club, supporting people with unique challenges into employment, creating CVs and cover letters and preparing applicants for Job Interviews.
In 2020 I took the plunge and set up my Employability Consultancy providing a multitude of services, for training providers and individuals; all designed to get the best out of people, because no dream is too big. We all deserve to feel fulfilled in the work we do... I'm here to help with that.
I am a believer in Lifelong Learning and as such I completed my Open University degree in Humanities when I was in my mid-thirties and in recent years have achieved a Certificate in Coaching and completed the AET PTLLS Level 3 Award in Education.
